A Unique Approach
At KERRES.COM we have studied the process of arriving at the best performance possible from the music world and have successfully applied it to business issues. This approach allows us to work together with our clients towards a common goal and therefore achieve the desired results.
- Study the Score: We always start with the score itself. What is in the music? What did the composer want - or in business terms, what did the executive board set out to achieve? This puts any question we are asked to answer in the right perspective of what actually is the ultimate goal.
- Rehearse: Similar to orchestras we work closely together wtih our clients to find the right solutions for the issue at hand. We see ourselves much more in the role of an enabler, coach and mentor with a high respect for the expertise and knowledge of the various client teams we are working with.
- Perform: After the rehearsal period we test the results in performance. We therefore accompany our clients in implementing the results of the rehearsal period.
- Reflect: A reflection phase for feedback and identifying improvements is of essential importance for any project.
